2 ak47 fem autos in new hydro buckets. Germinated in rock wool for the first time and I’ll never go back. Going to use general hydro nutes and hopefully a root guard

Day 120 (Week 18)

20 updates

40 photos

Day: 120

Harvested the tops last week and let them dry. Out of 4 paper bags, 3 were dry enough to start to cure. The other pic is what’s left of the plants, going to take them down this weekend!

Day: 112

Feels like day 997. Still milky trichs, but a few amber showing up. I think I flushed too early. Nothing under the top 6-8 inches is ready.

Day: 107

Defoliating as much as I can reach. Any of y’all know what to do with a bunch of popcorn nugs that are still white at the bottom? Next time I’ll strip more off the bottom to avoid them

Day: 106

They still have water from last week, a sure sign they’re ready. Waiting for my drying bags to get delivered, since I won’t have room to dry in the tent. Been defoliating like some suggested, but I’m limited on time so it’s a little bit at a time. Can I turn the tiny mostly white nugs into hash/keef?

JRho0808 What are drying bags?

milkshake I just bought some paper bags online; since our grocery stores don’t have them.

Day: 100

Looking good. Leaves are burning bc they’re too close to the light, but idk how to dim the light any and it’s already as high up as it can go.

mystrain420

mystrain420 U should be checking trichomes because the plants will keep sprouting white hairs due to light/heat stress making u think they have more time to go. If u get a chance research foxtailing, light stress and heat stress. Being that they’re autos it’s a chance they’re done but popping new pistils from light/heat stress. Disclaimer- I don’t grow autos.

mystrain420 No defoliation for them lower bud sites to fatten up?

milkshake I really wasn’t sure when to do it

combatmedic81

combatmedic81 As far as when to do it- definitely when stripping and flipping and then keep up on it through the flower phase to let them breath. You might get a lot of underdeveloped buds with all that foliage blocking the light

Day: 86

Week 11 nutes. Some colas are growing into the light, but they have all the room I can give em 🤷‍♀️

plantman

plantman Your colas are suffering because you haven’t done any defoliating....you are suffocating them and wasting energy that could be going into the colas, instead, it’s going into all the excess leaves.
