📝 Day20 Watered 1/2gal with molasses and a little fermentation for the soil microbes. The goal of this grow isn’t yield, it’s enhancing her brix levels aka her sugar content and flavor profile since the common complaint besides herming for this cultivar which I agree with is low terpenes. I already got a huge yield from her mom in a 3.5gal so I’ll save some bud from each yield for comparison including her third and final run which will be in 1-2gal of coco coir. Note-Any pollen’s sterile because she’s a triploid but still a noticeable difference is that she threw lots of sacs in this soil mix but in coco only one that was possibly just a calyx. All sacs grew in lollipopped locations on lower branches as seen with others growing this cultivar but none higher up. She does appear to be heading to a frostier harvest than the first run so that’s a good sign.

Day8 (8/22/24) Watered 1/2gal of the veg AACT from last update yesterday, the limestone in it was to bring the soils ph up because high P lowered it, the soils super toxic with P. Chop n drop after last update and random plucking throughout the week. Buds coming in fast so it’s straight water next watering, I’ll use less PK in my next soil attempt.

Day-1 {12/12} August 14,2024 Fim’d then chop n drop cover crop after last update and fed 1/2gal veg AACT today to power the stretch, ph 6.82 Watering #6 since planting which is a 10 day gap from last time, so far including this AACT I’ve only used 2gals this entire grow and am expecting to use 5.5-7 gallons total. She’s got decent secondary growth and continuing with training ties as she stretches out. Day18 Veg Chop-N-Drop and recently adjusted lights from 20/4 to 16/8. Watered without runoff 2x 16oz h2o just before lights out and a while after lights on with a little FFJ, aloe and molasses (no ph’n). Sticking to water for now and probably won’t feed another AACT until 12/12 starts, there’s a lot of food in the soil as her color shows. Decent growth in 18 days considering how she started.

New growth looks healthy so I adjusted lst to help promote more growth and begin shaping. Her first two waterings with AACT’s were heavy so the microbes could spread and “activate” then she got top dressed with more ewc, humic acid, fulvic acid, kelp (iodine) and chopped foliage from invasive stuff (nitrogen) without watering two days ago. Now after pics today that dressing was watered in with 16oz of AACT focused on increasing Brix levels at lights out and she’ll get another 16oz at lights on later. Her next few feeds can be plain water but she may get a bit of FFJ in there anyway.

Soil’s ready, the clone was a throw away/extra that rooted while sitting in water near my kitchen window. Top dressed 2 tbsp kelp and watered 32oz of distilled water. Also broke up and mixed in a small colonized piece of Uncle Bens just for the heck of it.
