Slow growth with new leaves turning yellow and most leaves curling down

I had been overwatering/over feeding these guys for a while (mostly left) which had cause a lot of the slowed growth. After letting them dry out a bit, they’re starting to recover

New growth is curling downward and drooping. I’m thinking I could be overwatering. I’ll let them dry out for a bit to see how they react.

Retrained and fed right plant only. Left not making much progress but right can fill the tent

Tied down main branches today for LST. Both plants are looking good and healthy.
