Plant has been filling out I’ve been training by bending all branches level and letting the side growth shoot up

Did a major defoliation today, bring light to some developed tops getting closer to flip just some branches growing faster then other

Watered with micro the fungal stuff after transplanting and plants def grabbed well just waiting for the shoots to grow out a bit before switching if anyone got suggestions lmk

I topped the 5th node on the main stem and and all 4 rows of stems under total count 8 stems at the 5th node now letting it recover then will flip into flower. How long should the new growth be for a successful flip ?

Just re potted and watered with calmag and little bit of sea food instead of regular feed hopefully it grabs well
