I believe for a while the girls might have been getting fan burn on the lower leaves. Lowered power. Spots are from canola oil for possible pests need to wash leaves.

Possible damping off or weather conditions were bad outside because she fell over. Stood her up with more medium and moved her into the grow tent instead
