(Day 17 of bloom) I’ll upload more pics later, I just fed them so they look sad and wilted 🥀 atm anyway, I’ll let them perk back up before their photo shoot cuz they’re pissed atm 😂 decided to stop veg nutes finally, iv been transitioning them with both veg and bloom since I flipped the lights, so today I only fed them Foop bloom 1&2 plus Foop sweetener and then fox farm cal mag, I did 1.3 ec 600-700ppm to a gallon an then 1.6ec 800ppm in a half gallon, fed that 1.5 gallons split between all 4 plants, then I raised the scrog net and tweaked some colas that were breaking away from the canopy. I move them to a new house on Monday finally an can let them grow into the net. Their pistils are really vibrant and popping today and it’s really starting to stack and also ramp up trichome production. I topped the soil off two days ago and mixed some more dynomyco into it as well. They should be loving life again later today or even tomorrow. 💯

(Day 16 of bloom) one of the plants is falling noticeably behind on stretch and growth, it’s also got a lighter green color to it as well then the other 3, the height gap is growing as they stretch during bloom, all the plants look healthy so I’m not worried, most likely just a different pheno variation, unless i start to see any deficiency’s or issues then it doesn’t bug me, for now, its a nice healthy uniform color and the new growth looks healthy I’m just using the scrog to keep the higher parts of the canopy leveled out as best as I can until they’re done stretching and start bulking more. It’ll be fun to watch the runt bloom hopefully it’s just a fire pheno variation with some killer terps and flavor, extra frosty or something, we’ll see. The photos suck today, I was in a rush for work this morning and my camera kept wanting to blur the pistils and not catch any details of them and how they growing in as good as I’d like.

(Day 15 of bloom) I intentionally turned the ac down last night got my room like 65-68f all night long(hoping to bring some more colors out) So when I woke up this morning the lights came on and the plants looked thirsty and stressed, probably the combination of thirst and cold, so I got it warm in the tent again and mixed them up some nutes and fed them(foop veg1&2 bloom1&2 and foop sweetener, plus fox farm cal mag) they’re looking happier now they were pissed off this morning lol. I also topped the pots off with some more fox farm soil about 1 inch of soil on the top mixed with some more dynomyco.

(Day 14 of bloom) cut some lower shoots off 🍭, and now I’m just gonna let them chill today.. I move in 4 days, I cannot wait so I can get them set up in their part of the tent and the house, then fit the scrog on them in the positions I want them and let them grow vertically into the net finally since I have a nice scrog going, I’ve been pushing it off, raising the net daily so they can be moved this upcoming Monday morning without being tangled into it to much. I’m excited to check my new lung room out(basement), gonna get to know the environment in it(temp and rh) hoping it’s colder since I’ll have central air, it will be ideal for late bloom and even harvest, also gonna see if theirs any windows that open in the basement or somewhere to run my tents exhaust to the outside, either way I’m excited to see what I’m working with in the new house and also I’ll have more room to add another tent maybe 2. I’m currently saving for a Mars Hydro FC-E6500 led light (output 730 true watts) and the (60"x 60"x 80") Grow Tent with the Smart Grow System.

(Day 13 of bloom) I defoliated today an then lollipopp’d the smaller plant an I left the lower shoots on the rest of the plants to see how they do with this light under my canopy, if they don’t turn out I’ll cut them off later. I move in 6 days cannot wait so I can let them actually grow into my scrog net. I’m gonna toss a clear plastic trash bag over them when I move since someone said i should I’m assuming to avoid any pests during the transfer.

(Day 12 of bloom) watered with foop sweetener and cal mag only today.. raised the scrog net I move them next Wednesday to a new house, gonna let them chill for now and then I’ll feed some foop veg1&2 and bloom 1&2 again in about 2-3 days. 💯💪

(Day 11 of bloom) at work again today, it’s been chilly in MN this week so I been letting my tent dip down to 65-70f at night and then day time 75f, rh 55% on average, they’re gonna need a watering most likely tomorrow, had to raise the scrog net some more so they quit growing into it so much because I move houses in a week finally.

Day: 53

Flower

(Day 10 of bloom) I work all day today, so I won’t be at home today til 10pm and my lights will be off, which sucks since I wanna raise my light, I’ll watch how they respond as I raise the light, I’m gonna watch for any signs of fox tailing as they bloom, besides that I’m gonna let them chill, probably need another watering in 1-2 more days. I’m glad I can check my inkbird today though and keep an eye on my tents environment. I move in 8 days and can’t wait so I can just get the tent locked in and the plants set in place to grow into the scrog the way I want. My new place should have a better lung room for the tent. I’m gonna upgrade from this 2x4 and buy a bigger tent 5x5x7 next.

Day: 52

Flower
+3

(Day 9 of bloom) adjusted the net, just gonna let them chill today otherwise. I’m noticing one of the plants in the last pic on front right, this plant is smaller and alot lighter colored then the other 3, it’s got a diff phenotype then the other seed of the same strain I planted, excited to see how they bloom. The last pic is a close up and I think I’m seeing the start of trichomes as well as the pistils.

Day: 51

Flower

(Day 8 of bloom) loving the new inkbird I got, I left the house yesterday for few hours to do stuff and it made me feel a lot less anxiety being able to check how the environment was doing. I’m gonna keep raising the net, doing a light scrog now and a heavy one later since I move in about a week. I did a heavy defoliation today and then I fed them right before lights shut off, 1 gallon distilled water with foop bloom1&2 at half strength, cal mag at full strength, foop sweetener at full strength it tested at 800ppm. Then I fed them a half gallon foop veg 1&2 at half strength, foop sweetener at full strength, and cal mag at full strength testing at 800 ppm. Afterward I topped each off with a cup of plain distilled water and tested the run off, they were between 800-1200ppm.

Day: 50

(Day 7 of bloom) i see the first pistils forming now, one more week til i move roughly, besides that just gonna let them chill today and drink the nutes that i fed them yesterday. Last pic is after the defoliation today, took most the lower growth off each plant and a few big fan leaves up top blocking light.

Day: 49

Flower

(Day 6 of bloom) My inkbird came so I hooked up the dehumidifier to turn off and on based on the tent rh instead of the lung room with it, instead of manually doing it like I have been. I was watering today and I noticed a tiny bug crawling around in the soil(organic), it scared me thinking it was a pest, Im pretty confident it’s a springtail though, what y’all think? It was crawling in the soil when I was watering. I don’t notice anymore of them so far and my leaves look fine on the plants. Shits giving me anxiety 😂 I fed all the plants 700-800 ppm/1.5 ec today. The run off was high(2.5ec) but it was probably not accurate tbh. Regardless I pulled that bug out of the tent too just to be cautious.

Day: 48

Flower
+1

(Day 5 of bloom) they’ll need a feeding tomorrow. I had to raise the scrog net as they were starting to grow into it, and I can’t have them tangled in it cuz I move to a new house in 2 weeks. I’m nervous to move them about a hour away from where I live now so hopefully the transition goes smoothly.

Day: 47

Flower
+2

(Day 4 of bloom) It’s been really humid lately, thankful I bought this dehumidifier. I move in 14 days, nervous to transport this whole grow set up to my new house in the next town over without stressing them out to much.. I did a light defoliation again today.

Day: 46

Flower
+1

(Day 3 of bloom) just using net for a soft scrog til I move in 2 weeks, then after the move I’ll be able to actually let them lock into it as they grow, I have a cheaper seedling light that I threw under the canopy yesterday. Aimed on a couple of the bigger ones, just to help light up the underside of the canopy, it doesn’t push off any heat really and is maybe 50 watts at most, figure it’s fairly safe to try out, the plants look happy.

Day: 45

Flower
+2

(Day 2 of bloom) I defoliated and then I mixed up about 600-700 ppm 1/2 strength of bloom nutes and then some cal mag and fed them, then I poured about another gallon of water on top just to flush out some of what was in there from veg, the ppm was on the lower end(600ppm) after I did this, so next feeding I’m gonna give them a full strength feeding, I also added a tsp of dynomyco to the soil as well to help the roots. Then the dehumidifier is helping so much, I have an inkbird smart plug coming to turn it on and off for me so I don’t have to manually control it. I removed all the LST ties today because I’m happy with how the canopy looks, and will continue to scrog it now. I’m also throwing a cheaper full spectrum seedling/sprout light on the bottom aimed up under the canopy.

Day: 44

Flower
+1

(Day 1 of bloom) I’ve been tweaking my dehumidifier all night, it’s working perfectly except I’m gonna have to buy an inkbird smart plug, that way I can use the tents RH to control the dehumidifier in the lung room and not the lung rooms RH as it’s a lot less accurate and lets my tents rh climb to high or drop to low this way, so I plan to plug it into the inkbird an control it off the tents rh instead. Gonna toss a cheaper light underneath the canopy tomorrow it doesn’t push much watts or heat so it will work nice, it’s full spectrum, for seedlings but it should work nice to light the under side of my canopy up

Day: 43

+2

Decided to switch my lights to 12/12, I was second guessing it which tells me I would rather be safe then sorry and I’m feeling more confident that my math is mathing 😂 I bent some tops down to even the canopy out, then I watered with distilled water, checked the ph and ppm(ph was 5.8-6 and the ppm was 1000-1200) so I went ahead and just topped my soil off with a cup of fox farm soil, and then mixed up a half gallon of cal mag at 1/3 strength an foop sweetener at 1/4 strength, also I did a little lst on some spots that needed it in 2 of the plants.

Day: 43

I bought a dehumidifier for the lung room today, tents been really humid lately and I just switched to bloom. When I got home the tent was 85%rh and now that i tossed the dehumidifier in the lung room it’s dropped to 60% in 2.5 hours. 🙏 I also decided to pick up like 10 gallons of distilled water so I don’t have to grab it for a week or two.

Day: 42

+2

Gonna switch to bloom in less then a week im sure with how fast they’re growing. Tossed the scrog net up just to train and keep that canopy even, I’m not gonna weave them into it at all cuz I move in 3 weeks, so soft scrog now hard scrog later. Raised the light 6 inches and turned the light up to 100% 💯💪🔥

Day: 41

+2

Watered them this morning, just distilled water no nutes besides a tiny bit of cal mag, they’re looking pretty happy today.

Day: 40

+1

I did the first defoliation today, snipped anything blocking light, couple big leaves in the middle to improve air flow, and then any lower leaves that were yellow or touch the dirt. They’ll get another watering probably tomorrow and I’m just gonna water not feed since the ppm was on point last time maybe even a little high.

Day: 39

I came home from work last night an gave them a full watering and fed them cal mag and foop veg 1 & 2 and some sweetener, their looking alot happier today then 2 days ago that’s for sure. I’m gonna defoliate in 2 days here once they’ve had some time to rest a bit.

Day: 38

Looking a lot better since they got a splash of water last night, which confirms I was under watering, so I’m gonna wait another day and do a full watering and feeding. Pulled the main tops down cuz they were getting further up then the rest of the canopy. I’ll defoliate in 2-3 days when they bounce back fully from all the stress. They looked dead last night they were so thirsty.

Day: 37

+2

I thought I overwatered from the other day but then i realized it’s been like 7 days since my last full watering and soil probe said the soil was dry along with the knuckle an weight test, so they were looking pretty rough today hopefully now that they got a drink they’ll perk back up in the morning. That main yellow leaf that’s drooped in the one pic is what lead me to believe it was overwatered. It was definitely just dying of thirst.

Day: 36

Definitely some overwatering stress from that cup of cal mag I added the other day, I figured that would happen but they really needed some cal mag especially since I use distilled water. Gonna keep an eye on the vpd and wait for them to perk up so I can do a light defoliation. I also turned the light up from 50% to 60% so it should be about 500-600 ppfd range now as well.

Day: 35

A lot less droopy today after the cal mag feeding yesterday, I’m hoping they slow down on the growth spurts, their on week 5 of veg an I need about 3-4 more weeks, I’m hoping they hold off til then cuz that’s when I’m moving and would prefer to flip the lights after the move, we’ll see though cuz they’re growing fast and I only have so much room in my tent.

Day: 34

+2

They didn’t need a watering since I watered 3 days ago but I got my cal-mag today finally and so I topped with about a cup of water of it on each plant just cuz they really needed it. They still look slightly stressed from LST the other day. I plan to do a light defoliation in about a week here when all the LST is done an they’ve recovered. I’m gonna let them rest the next couple days for now.

Day: 33

+2

Looking a little stressed today again, gonna give them a few days to recover from the LST yesterday. I have cal-mag coming Monday I’m planning to feed them.

Day: 32

Came home an they bounced back right away from that heavy LST yesterday so I did a lighter LST today, I’m done doing LST on 2 of them unless it’s to keep my canopy even, an then the other 2 have a couple sessions to go yet, and then I move in 28 days so I’m gonna toss the scrog net up after I move and probably just use string for now to keep them spread out as they grow since I can’t have them tangled in a scrog net when I move.

Day: 31

I came home an they looked really good, back to praying so I did a heavier lst then I’ve been doing, might do one more lst then let them stretch an scrog them, I have cal mag coming I’m gonna feed them it Tuesday.

Day: 30

I came home an they were definitely ready for a watering, I watered checked ppm/ec and it’s good also checked the ph on the run off an the soil, so I just watered with distilled water. Then in about another day or 2 I’ll do some more LST. I have some cal mag coming, cuz gonna feed them a little bit lf of it on Tuesday, since I watered them today, i think they could use some since I haven’t given them any yet.

Day: 29

+1

So they shot up with growth while I was at work last night and when I checked on them they seemed to be Taco’d and little droopy with a touch of clawing and yellow tips on a few fan leaves especially toward the top where the new growth was getting close to the light, so I raised the light about 6 inches, and today they seem to still be a little droopy, but I also just did some LST 2 days ago so it could still be from that. I’m gonna continue to monitor them today. They perked up since this morning so whatever it was helped.

Day: 28

+1

They responded really well to the LST yesterday, leaves a little droopy today but that’s to be expected, they shot right back up toward the light, also I noticed a little yellow an clawing going on, on a couple leaf tips but they just got their first feeding a couple days ago so I’m guessing it’s just nutrient uptake kicking in(“kiss of nutes”)

Day: 27

+2

I did some more LST today.

Day: 26

+2

They really liked the first feeding with nutes yesterday, super vibrant today an looking healthy, taking off again 💯 🚀

Day: 25

I came home an they got a bit taller so that was a good move, no more taco’ing going on, I moved the light up 6 inches last night. When I got home from work they needed a watering so I watered and checked the run off, it had a low ppm/ec, so I mixed a half dose of “foop” up and topped them off with some nutes to bring my ppm/ec back up. They instantly drooped after doing because they were definitely thirsty.

Day: 24

+2

Scrog net came today, still looking healthy an happy, I did pull my light up 6 inches because they were taco’d just a little and hopefully it encourages them to grow upward a bit more now, I’ll probably wait a month to scrog because I’m gonna be moving in September an will have to transport them to the new house an don’t want them all wrapped up in the net. I’ll do some more lst in day or two.

Day: 23

They’re taking off again 🚀 so I just wanna make sure I’m training properly, so in a few days I’ll bend the main stem again but around the pot? Also start to bend branch’s as they thicken up to get light to hit the nodes? the one on the front right was the most stressed during the transplant last week but it’s bouncing back nice finally, it’s definitely bigger than the other 3 now. Any advice is appreciated .

Day: 22

+2

Fixed some lst ties today that shifted, besides that they’re looking good, I also got my new plant riser/drip trays in, it’s gonna help out a lot with feedings.

Day: 21

Gave them a little more training today an tucked some leaves, gonna let them chill for few days now. The plant riser/drip trays came today so I can feed easier and test the ppm and give the bottom of the pots some fresh air as well.

Day: 20

They’re taking off, I did lst this morning. Checked them after work and they’re doing good the 3rd node is wrapping back up toward the light I’ll lst another time or 2, I have a new drip tray/plant risers coming tomorrow, and also a scrog net, it will be here in about a week.

Day: 19

+1

First heavy watering today they are little droopy from it cuz they were pretty thirsty, I tested the run off between 300-500ppm on each pot. I’m gonna let them relax a day or two more an perk back up before I start lst next. Also bought some drip trays on wheels from Amazon to make sure the bottoms of the pots are drying and to catch run off a lot easier next time also so I don’t have to drag them outside the tent. They’ll be here in like 2 days.

Day: 19

+2

💯💪 the one has them fucked up leaves from the transplant but it’s new growth is looking good, it’s starting to take off, I’m gonna start lst in the morning. They’re all starting to smell terpy already.

Day: 18

Light watering today, gonna start lst on them as soon as the 4th nodes done. Most likely tomorrow morning, They smell good already I can smell a light hint of terps on them, they’re starting to take off now, I went to work an they’re noticeably bigger now every time I check on them.

Day: 17

+1

They’re looking better everyday, super glad I have a moisture probe, I was wanting to water cuz the top 2-3 inch’s is dry, but the middle of the pot is normal moisture levels and the meter said toward the bottom it was still wet. Watering is the hardest thing for me just because I always feel like my plants be thirsty, especially when I haven’t had to water them since Monday.

Day: 16

+1

Last night the leaves looked a little shiny and one of them was stressed from the transplant still, also because i over watered my soil a bit, so I turned down then humidity which helped them drink alot of that excess up in the soil and now they’re looking a lot better and the new growth looks happy, they’re bouncing back from the transplant. Raising my Rh% back up and Vpd now that the soils normal and not wet. My Ph meter and TDS ppm/ec meter came today for when I start feedings in a few weeks here.

Day: 15

The one still has stress spots from the transplant but its growing so that’s a good sign it’s recovering well, since it has new growth, the other 3 are just fine an growing as well, they handled the stress way better then I though they would after how they looked 2-3 days ago. Iv kept my temp an humidity stable 75-80f and 60-70%RH and 30-35,000 lux

Tr45hWagon

Tr45hWagon There about to take off I notice a huge difference in just a day now that they have room to grow

jake710420

jake710420 Yeah they most definitely are loving the transplant an my light turned up, also not having my AC get it so cold in my house, some nights it was getting down to 60f i was cold so I’m sure they were 😂 a buddy of mine that grows was scared I transplanted to early I told him I most definitely needed it, it was a good call. Yeah I’m sure once you give yours some cal mag they’ll perk up a bit, they’re resilient plants I’m learning as long as you catch it early on.

jake710420

jake710420 I mixed them up I know 1 of the 2 strains on 1 of the 4 plants the other 3 I’ll have to wait til bloom to know which are which based off the one I still know, so I also put them white markers in them with labels so I don’t do it again an lose track of the 1 I do know.

Day: 14

They’re looking a lot better they definitely wanted more room to grow and for me to adjust the light, temp, and humidity. 1 of them is a little pale an spotty with light green but it’s from the stress of transplanting it I’m sure, should get better an lose its light spots here in a day or two. I bought a ppm/ec meter today for when I start feeding them in a couple weeks.

Day: 13

Transplanted 3 biggest ones, I have to get soil for the last one tomorrow to transplant that one too, the roots were near the bottom of the cup an they were looking little droopy so I decided they might just benefit from the transplant, I’ll find out in a day or 2 here. Adjusted lux to 30,000 as well.

Tr45hWagon

Tr45hWagon Do you have a fan in there? Also what does lux translate too in light? They will take off in a minute the only reason mine have I believe has to do with starting them in the big pot in a very light medium so the roots were able to really take off right away. Also I think your light wasn’t 100% effective the first 5-6 days and now that it is they will take off

jake710420

jake710420 I have 2 small fans both with misting capabilities to bring my humidity up if needed, then my lux i used a app on my phone to see what it was at, I typed into AI an this what it said for lux conversion. “”The plant at 30,000 lux (~450 PPFD) is in a good range for early veg and could even support late veg if it adjusts well. • The one at 15,000 lux (~225 PPFD) is fine for seedling or very early veg, but it will need more light as it grows.”” I turned the lux up from 15k to 30k have my light at 50% I also think it was the cups, the light for first week, and also yesterday I worked a double an my temps an humidity were all over the place.

jake710420

jake710420 Hoping in a few days they catch up an look like yours bro.

Day: 13

The foop showed up in the mail today for when I’m ready to start feeding them in a few weeks here, i also bought a ppm/ec meter for when I do this and already have the soil ph meter and also test strips to so if I needed I can triple check the ph between the 3 meters.

Day: 13

I got them to perk back up with the transplant and a light watering, also stabilizing my tents temp, Rh%/Vpd and then adjusting my lux/ppfd an turning the light up to 50% , they are looking a lot better then last night and even this morning. Running to grab soil to transplant that last one since the rest are perking up.

Day: 13

Definitely liking the adjustments I made. It was looking pretty droopy last night, it definitely wasn’t liking something that I adjusted, thankfully I dialed it back in for now.

Day: 13

Decided to grab soil an do that last transplant as well instead of waiting to get soil tomorrow.

Day: 12

I worked a double today came home an they looked little droopy probly from a little bit to much water retention in the bottom of the cup, this soil likes to have a dry top wet bottom issue in solo cups cuz it’s got peat moss in it, so I’m gonna let it dry out a bit, I got my Rh% back up to where it should be an temps cuz the ac got it kind of cold in the house as well probably slowing root growth, it should hopefully look better in the morning an if it doesn’t I’m gonna transplant in the next day or two cuz the roots are getting to the bottoms of the cups when I looked as well.

Day: 11

Gonna transplant here in about 3-5 days id say.

welborn94 What’s kind of soil are you using? If you don’t mind me asking

jake710420

jake710420 Fox farm ocean blend

Day: 10

They love the new light, I hooked a ventilation system up today, put it on the outside the tent so I can get as much room out of that tent as possible. It’s helping with the heat a lot, I was able to close the tent up a bit more to maintain a stable temp an RH%. I’m glad I didn’t have to adjust my light at all either, 15,000 Lux with the light 18-24 inches above them at 20% was perfect.

Tr45hWagon

Tr45hWagon It’s crazy how fast it makes a difference!

Tr45hWagon

Tr45hWagon What kind of light did you get

jake710420

jake710420 Yeah it honestly is pretty mind blowing how much it makes a difference, and I got a VIPARSPECTRA P2000 LED 250 watt light for like $130-140 on amazon

Day: 9

I got the light just in time, they were droopy so I topped soil to reduce the stretch an help give support, put the light 18-24 inches above them, I lowered the brightness down to about 20% and checked my lux it’s at 15,000 now, so we’ll see how they’re looking in the next day or two.

Day: 9

I also removed the tinfoil from the clear cups an cut the bottoms off red solo cups so I was able to slip them over the clear cups like sleeves to help prevent light from hitting the roots. I didn’t want the tinfoil creating hot spots. This way i can pull them out an check the roots if I need to.

Day: 8

New light will be here tomorrow, then they should look better since they’re 9 days old atm an only getting 8000 lux max, any recommendations on topping, lst, or scrog in my smaller 2x4x5 tent? My buddy says not to do that an just let them go but I disagree an think doing that when they get to that point, would be ideal since I have a smaller tent with 4 plants going. Any thoughts?

Tr45hWagon

Tr45hWagon These are day nine including before seed was germinated right?

jake710420

jake710420 They germinated for 2-3 days an they been in the soil 9 days today.

jake710420

jake710420 So this would be about 12 days with the germination.

jake710420

jake710420 I have a new light coming this one is like 6 inches above them an it’s just not a good light I had it way to high when I started, so most that stretching was from the first 3 days, but yeah my light is maybe 50-80 true watts if I’m lucky, I have a 250 true watt coming with a better lux output an better leds. But yeah they are stretching for sure, but after I get the light they’ll do a lot better an I’ll top it so their not so stretched.

jake710420 By Top I mean top the soil off up the stem a bit, not the plant.

Day: 7

True leaves coming in, I lowered the light some more as 1 was stretching still. I’ll check again tomorrow And keep lowering in increments until it stops stretching, also making sure it’s not to close either though. Buying a new light as this one only pushes 6-8000 lux and only about a true 80-100watts, gonna order one Tuesday that can pull 40-60,000 lux and is 450 true watts, also buying a ppm meter to dial in the nutrients and my feeding schedule, my temps an humidity levels have been ideal. Lights are on 24 for now then when the new light comes I’m gonna kick them to the 18/6 schedule.

lecuff The roots don’t like being exposed to any light. Next time you might want to use a regular red solo cup. Just don’t use anything clear.

jake710420

jake710420 Thanks for the advice that’s good to know. I’ll prolly paint them then, I did it so I could the the roots to know a better idea of when to transplant, but that makes sense as it’s similar to hydro.

Day: 7

I threw some tinfoil over the cups since they’re clear so I could see the roots but I was told the roots don’t like the light, which makes sense, so I covered with tinfoil which should help my lux as well hopefully until my new light arrives.

jake710420 Thank you, I also have a new light coming on Thursday too, that will help a lot cuz the one I got right now isn’t gonna work.

Day: 6

All 4 broke soil, I lowered the light about a foot cuz the back corner one looks to be stretching already so hopefully that helps, I’ll lower it in increments til it stops stretching.

stevesrt425 Next time try not to use clear cups roots hate clear cups broski

jake710420

jake710420 For sure someone just told me that as well on another pic, my first grow so my thoughts were I could see better when it needed a transplant but that makes sense as it’s same concept as hydro I suppose, light can cause bacteria and stuff I assume ?

jake710420

jake710420 I’m gonna paint or color with permanent marker over the clear cups tonight so I don’t clog my drainage holes but can keep light out, also buying a new light cuz this one was advertised as 1000 watt but it’s true watt is like 80-100 so I’m only getting 8,000 lux atm in a week or two I’ll have a 450 watt pushing 40-60,000 lux an I’m waiting on my ppm meter to come in mail as well, hoping they hold on til then anyway.

Day: 6

I got my tent temp/humidity gauge today, installed it an noticed my humidity was like 52% so I put a misting fan in the tent an brought it up to 70-80% since they just sprouted. I’ll drop it as they progress.

Day: 5

1 frozen grape broke soil and then 1 Bananium is peaking through just about to break soil. Praying the other 1 of each strain breaks soil soon here. The soil ph is sitting at 5.8-6ph today doing a lot better.

Day: 2

Soil ph was low today(fox farm ocean blend) one cup was sitting around 4ph, so I added pinch of baking soda and alkaline water til my nutrients come to help higher it to that 6-7ph range. Hoping it levels out as the plants come through.
