Day: 41

Recovered from her (maybe too intense) topping and fimming. Honestly not sure what’s next on the list. When do I switch into flower? I’ve heard both day 45 and day 60. Just want opinions :)

.

. Whoever told you that doesn’t know what they’re talking about, flip should be based on plant size and/or harvest goals and even tent size but there’s not set number of days. Also each phenotype is different as well as the way they grow in different mediums such as dwc which would grow significantly bigger than soil

pityfitz

pityfitz Oh ok! I will probably give her a week or two to bulk up after her trim. I’m growing in a soil dominate rough compost bottom with peat mixed in. I am currently working with a bag seed so I’m not sure anything about the strain itself. My tent is rather small but this plant could definitely get bigger before I HAVE to switch into flower, accounting for it getting double its size by the end of flower.

.

. She looks good but personally I would only flip her at this size if she was in coco and I had other plants to keep my yield up. The way she looks now I’d tuck those big fan leafs or remove them and let her tops grow out more.

Day: 37

I’m obsessed with them. When do I switch her into flower? Obviously not now but I am curious

combatmedic81

combatmedic81 Depends on how large of a harvest you want. I usually flip at 60 or so

pityfitz

pityfitz Oh thank you!! I think that’ll be perfect. My tent is only a 2x2 and an auto is next to it so I think that’ll work

Day: 37

Good fimming vs awful fimming lol.

Day: 36

Well they LOVED the trim. Just watered and fed them (I only fed them again because I gave them maybe like 2 tsps of feed before I got my measuring stuff. Also I DID FINALLY PH MY WATER! Since everyone, including myself suspected that was the issue

Day: 35

Slight foliage trim, three leaves. Soil still moist so I won’t water.

teddy2shoes Rusting spots and yellowing between veins is usually calcium deficiency. Throw some calmag in

pityfitz

pityfitz Ngl…. Calmag is the only thing I don’t have…

pityfitz

pityfitz What can I use to supplement? I’ll grind or blend whatever

Day: 28

Girlie got transplanted into a five gal fabric bag and got fed because she was losing a lot of color fast. After, perked up but I’m kinda nervous about these spots. Any suggestions? It’s my first grow lol I’m still learning

teddy2shoes Rusting older leaves usually calcium, what’s the new growth like? Hard to tell

pityfitz

pityfitz I can post a better picture! But the new growth is beautiful and bushy with no spots or drooping

pityfitz

pityfitz I am doing an organic grow tho so I have to expect the food to take awhile to get into the soil (using Gaia green )

pityfitz

pityfitz Haven’t added any yet but Gaia greens all purpose and power bloom :) this’ll be an all organic grow

Nirvana42o0

Nirvana42o0 Sick! Love the organic nutes, makes the smoke so gooood

Day: 15

Now very confident my plants are on an upswing. Every morning they’re bigger than when I went to bed and soo healthy looking. I started a perlite “gravel” to keep gnats from emerging from the soil. Beautiful three point leaves :))

Day: 12

Big burst of growth from the (hopefully) girls these past 24 hrs. I got the heat and humidity stabilized, I just noticed the soil is just not getting dry very often so I’ll be cutting back water for a bit. I do have a slight fear they don’t have enough perlite but that can be changed on transplant day if they’ll just hang on.

Rastaman grows

Rastaman grows Depends you tent temps and if you have oscillating fans of course they wil dry fast. If you download Dr green vpd app you can calculate your temp and humidity means of in there heat not hot cranck your humidity higher the app wil tel you were to put that humidity depends your temperature in grow tent.when they are at this stage you are in I keep my temp round 76 and humidity 70-72 % and keep using that app make sure you have great oscillating fans in there and check of you have negative pressure in there if you have those checked is going to be 2 beauties plants in there and let’s hope full of buds.

Day: 10

Very first grow with mystery seeds from a bag I bought :) sooo excited to watch these ladies (or unfortunate males) grow! My set up is kinda basic and bare bones but I have the essentials. Grow light, no light leak tent, humidifier, heat pad, 4 inch carbon filter w inline fan, hydrometer, snd light timer. :) I think the small one is day 8 as they germed a day ish apart then sprouted from soil a day apart. Any advice is appreciated!! (Also I have Gaia grow all purpose AND power bloom)
