That being said your plant is 3-4 weeks into flowering, wait until week 8-9 to see if you do any major changes. (Flushing, darkening period and last curing stage) By this time you need to have a diamond microscope to look at your bud to see if your trichome turned amber color, 60/40 and then you can proceed with the final stage. During the flowering season be careful with insects and over doing it with nutrients. It will ruin your whole crop before it reaches curing stage. Look under the leaves for insects. As you get to the final stage try not to let your plants get wet, to reduce mold. As your bud grows try to cut some of the fan leaves to allow more light and also direct more energy to producing more bud. About the type of strand in reality you would have to get info in a lab.
