Unleash the beast. Nicknamed “Sloth”. Okay, so I have hated on this plant. It’s been a strange grow. I did not top or use any techniques to make it this way. I finally decided to defoliate (I should have done a long time ago), it’s was time consuming, but I felt that the buds weren’t getting enough light especially the inner buds. It looks AMAZING now. Black lighter in middle of plant for scale. Wind nearly blew this plant sideways, don’t know if root damage stunted bud growth, but not too worried at this point. I added rocks to support although I removed a couple for trimming. Clone I took is for fun. This one will definitely need a bud wash after harvest, a lot of debris caught in nooks.

Tall and lanky, but getting thick and frosty. Haven’t been keen on this plant from the beginning, but its growing on me. The clone is for fun.

IIIWALLNUTIII Yeah, I hate them so much. I’m taking 1-2 off daily, but they are getting harder to find.
IIIWALLNUTIII I don’t really want to spray with BT or neem/Dr. Bonner, but if it gets worse I may consider.

Been taking a few clones. Clone King works great. I was initially using the clonex gel and liquid solution, but personally didn’t really notice a difference with or without as far as rooting. Just felt like extra work, but maybe makes a difference in initial health of the plant. Took about 2 weeks to get roots like this. For lighting, I’ve been using an inexpensive one piece 4 articulating led lights on an extendable stand from Amazon.

IIIWALLNUTIII Yeah, most of the branches grew straight up close to the main stem. I could have lst some of the branches out, but I’m too lazy. I’m still hoping the branches naturally start to grow out. If not, oh well. I haven’t been as happy with this plant in general. I may use some of those plastic clips, but it’s a jungle in there and I don’t want to mess up the buds. It’s actually been stretching still. Grew quite a bit since the last post. It’s in a 15 gal pot, which makes it look smaller, not that it’s big.

rykardawg I have the same plant currently how tall is yours?
IIIWALLNUTIII This is my smallest plant and only clone at around 2.5 ft. All my other plants, which are from seed, are in the 4 ft range. It’s been the weirdest grow as well. Super dense plant structure. It’s been growing faster recently, but still a runt. I have a feeling it’s going to produce some nice buds though.
rykardawg Looks like it’s gonna produce that much?thing looks guaranteed to, how was the yield quality on the others?
