Do any more experienced growers know what the cause of these tiny white dots is?

lawson999 powdery mildew and you also have to much nitrogen.
lawson999 dark leaves = nitrogen toxicity
Greenhouse513 I thought it was mildew too but it doesn’t come off, it’s a coloration in the leaf..?

Just flushed, I hope I’m doing this right.. she doesn’t look to happy at the moment.. help?! Also the start date is a total guess because this is a clone that was given to me by a friend.

Greenhouse513 Honestly it’s probably day 30-something.. I really don’t know. I need to ask the person who cut it.

This plant has been through a lot, I started with LTS but she wasn’t responding well so I tried topping her and she seemed to love that. Now I’ve gone back to LTS to make sure the lower branches are getting light.. any recommendations on what to do next are greatly appreciated...
