Week 8 tomorrow harvesting 1 in a few days she getting her flush and two going to give a week at least. I need the room to get the ones in veg flipped before they get even bigger. All have been getting a dose of UV-B daily when I can. Probably going to just feed the huge mother in the back corner into the compost. But plan on flipping the mother in the front.

zer0applied I can’t come to kill off plants. They either get turned into houseplants, get transplanted outdoors into our woods, reveg, cloned etc. total pansy when it comes to my plants and being “alive” lol
Vgrow I hear you growmie Zer as you can see I ain’t done it yet. It hard for me to chop even at harvest.

Had my grow shop guy come out yesterday and guid me on there next step. This is just a way different way to grow then I’m used to. And going to try cloning the tops.

Caliban Why clone the tops? They have oldest hormones. Cloning usually is done with the bottom shoots for the newest hormones.
Vgrow Why not clone the tops? It’s better then throwing away. And the local grow shop guy is guiding me through this run. So I’m just following his advise. To see how his grow style differs.
Caliban No worries. The science behind not using tops is that they are the oldest hormones on the plant. Old growth vs new growth at the bottom. Tops might take longer to take root. Maybe do a controlled experiment?

Transplanted some into 1g and using promix insted of 3.0 seems like holds moisture better in solo cups.

LeChron James 3.0 being Build A Soil 3.0?
Vgrow The 3.0 is awesome but didn’t last as long in the solo cups half full. Had much better results with the promix in the solos. Like the seeds in the back corner they started in promix and are half as old but look much better and healthier.
LeChron James Yes, 3.0 is probably too strong for seedlings. I think if you did a 50/50 mix with 3.0 and coco you’d be even happier.
