berto Hi there so this isn’t necessary something you have to do , but it’s my preferred method to start training since day one it’s baby and you don’t want to cause it stress I usually top off soil up to the head to help it grow before I actually top it off and chop off the head in about a week or two depending on how thick the stem is at that point. if you see it’s day five and the soil is barley at he top rim of the solo cup the reason why is because I start my solo cup about 75-80% full of my soil (it’s a living soil mix) so I can top the soil and make more roots the bigger the stock is man the more stress and training you can do to it. And I introduced a really diluted natural compost tea. (This my real secret)
