Tap root is around 2 mm long.

Put plant under light. Wet soil and put in seed 1/2 inch deep with a wet paper towel surrounding and plastic bad on top to hold moisture. I take off the bag and spray the soil once a day for a week. The light is as high up as I can make it.

The seed sunk to the bottom so I folded a damp paper towel in half and put the seed on it and then folded the paper towel over it again. I then put it in a plastic bad and blew it up. It is now sitting in a dark warm place.

1.5 days after I put the seed in the water, it opens slightly.

I’m starting from seed. I submerged the seed in tap water and left it in a dark place. I tapped the seed a couple times to make sure it was in the water with no air bubbles around it.
