Gave her 4 days of darkness and chopped her today to hang up for drying. Set up the humidifier in the tent to keep the RH around 50% with the fans still moving the air and exhausting.

Watered top of soil with 1.5L in the watering jug. Seeing roughly 3-5% of the trichomes turning amber now so today will be the last day of light. She will spend 2-3 days in darkness before being cut and dried. I have been dropping the nighttime temperature to around 18 degrees C to bring put the night purples.

Watered top of soil with 1.5L in the watering jug. Trichome development is really starting to pick up and the flowers are starting to look a little fuller. Lowered the light so the average cola distance is 14". It was around 18" but I want to see where the sweet spot is for future grows.

Top dressed soil with Gaia Green Organic dry amendment fertilizer. 1 Tbs 4-4-4 All Purpose and 5 Tbs 2-8-4 Power Bloom. Also added 5 heaping Tbs of worm castings. Worked everything into the top 1" of soil. Watered top of soil with 2L in the watering jug. Temperature has been steady around 19-20 deg C and RH has been between 40-50%. Have been trying to lower the temperature at night. Installed a 4" inline fan and two 4" passive intake ducks and sealed up the mesh vents and open duct ports.

Watered top of soil with 1.5L in the watering jug. Three weeks into flower so performed the last major defoliation. From here on out only the fan leaves blocking prime bud sites will be removed. Since start of flower have been keeping the temp and RH lower around 19-20 deg and 45-48%.

Watered the top of the soil with 1.5L in the sprayer. Trellis was installed 4 days ago and the branches were spread out to fill it in as much as possible. Tucking big fan leaves and tying down branches as they stretch. Turned the light intensity down a little to give her a chance to adjust.

8 weeks and still no sign of flowering so I'm starting to think this bean wasn't an auto after all. She's getting pretty big so it's probably not a wise idea to wait two more weeks to find out. Top dressed the soil with 3 Tbs 2-8-4 Power Bloom, 2 Tbs 4-4-4 All Purpose, and 5 Tbs worm castings. Watered top of the soil with 1.5L in the sprayer and 1 solo cup of water in the tray. Finished defoliating the bottom 3rd and quickly tied down the largest branches. Will add a trellis once it arrives later this week. Increased the light intensity to 75% and switched the schedule to 12/12.

Light defoliation since the canopy was getting really thick with all of the leaf tucking and was not allowing airflow. Exposed a lot of lower branching that should grow up now.

Watered top of soil with 1.5L in the sprayer and one solo cup in the tray. Opened up the canopy more with low stress training and tied down all of the larger branches towards the perimeter. Tucked large fan leaves and tied them down to expose newer nodes to light. Temp and RH have still been steady at 21.5 deg C and 45-50%. Increased the distance of the light to 21" and turned up the intensity to 70%. Seeing what seems to be the start of the stretch phase so slowly working the light intensity up to 90% for onset of flower.

Watered top of soil with 1.5L in the sprayer. Increased the light intensity to 65% and have not seen any signs of leaf burning. Retrained the main stalk and spread out the branches so they are higher than the main stalk. Performed leaf tucking of largest fan leaves and tied them down. Slight signs of sex showing at nodes may indicate onset of flowering.

Main stem is very woody and no longer flexible. Temperature has been steady around 21-22 deg C and RH has been between 45-50%.

Watered top of soil with 1.25L in the sprayer. Adjusted the low stress training to expose additional nodes that have developed. Tucked the fan leaves to expose developing branches. She is still growing pretty rapidly and quickly adjusts after each tie down. Small adjustments made every day by bending the main stalk and fan leaves to allow light exposure.

The plant is now mature enough with 5 nodes to start low stress training. Slowly massaged the stem while bending it bit by bit so it could be tied down to the side of the pot. Lowered the intensity of the light back to 65% and made sure it was 22" from the top leaves. Water with 1.25L in the sprayer and some water in the bottom of the tray.

The rate of growth has increased a lot in the past week. Over a few days gradually increased the intensity of the light to 70%. There is a little discolouration on the top leaves. The light may be too close at 17" so it has been raised up to 20". Pot is still a little heavy so it will not need water until tomorrow or the day after.

She’s really starting to fill out the pot now. Second and third set of fan leaves are getting nice and big. Fourth set of leaves developed really fast and the fifth set of leaves are already coming in. Watered top of soil with 1.25L in the sprayer. Temps have been steady around 21-22 deg C and RH has fluctuated a bit from low 40s up to 50%. Gnats looks like they’re gone for now with only one or two visible. Light remains the same height and still 60% intensity.

Fourth set of leaves are just starting to form. Third set of leaves are fives. Shoots are forming at the second and third nodes now. Watered top of the soil with 1.25L in the spray bottle. Starting to see fungus gnats flying around. The height of the light is still the same but I have slowly increased the intensity to 60% over the past few days.

The seedling is now 4” tall and the third set of leaves have emerged. The second set of leaves is now threes. Watered the top of the soil with the sprayer and 1.25L of water. Light settings are still the same and have not been adjusted yet from germination. Temps are constant but RH is slightly lower around 48-50%.

The seedling is now 3.5” tall. The second set of leaves started on day 9 and are now coming in. Temp and humidity have been kept constant around 21-22 C and 50% RH. Watered top of soil today with three solo cups in the sprayer.

The seed germinated and broke through during the night. Seed hull was shed okay. Dome was removed in the morning and the soil was watered in the afternoon. 18/6 light schedule. 40% power at 18”.
