DracoBEBO Gotta ask, why 12/12 so young?

Mystrain420-@eaegifts @draco Lots of ppl do 12/12 from seed, it’s an old challenge ppl used to do a few years ago. @cnfxsed these plants can’t physically began to flower until a certain maturity which is usually around 3-4 weeks when they first show sex so the reduced light of 12/12 from seed just stunts the plant. If u wanna make the cycle fast but still grow a ok size you’d be better of doing 18/6 first 3 weeks then flip.

DracoBEBO Hmm that’s why I asked. Been out of the game but I was curious. I tried in the past to see, and it always took 2.5-4 weeks for them to flower. (Tried to do like a bunch of 1 liters and see if they’d just go fast) Definitely didnt know it was a challenge or really a thing.
