Starting some LST on the self wicking pot. Really, really impressed with how well it is doing. So much so that I want to move all plants over to this system!

Not much luck germinating in coco, but the self-wicking pots are doing AMAZING. Might change them all over to this system.

On day 18, I moved the oldest into a self-wicking pot that shouldn’t need to be watered as often as pots with drainage at the very bottom. Should be a good experiment to see how it affects growth etc. Part of moving it to the sw pot also meant moving it to a coco mixture medium.

Peat moss seeds didn’t pop, so I’m going to try a coco/peat moss/vermiculite mixture and see how that goes. The others are looking good and healthy though!

Bucket 2 has sprouted! Gonna leave the “dome” on it for another day to keep humidity high. Bought some peat moss and perlite and gonna try a seed in it. It behaves very different than soil does when watered.

Things are moving along well. The top bucket seed seems to be almost sprouting through already!

Seed #2 didn’t make it, so it was removed and replaced with a new seed. Seeds 1 and 3 seem to be doing well!

All three seeds germinated and broke through. The questionable seed didn’t grow much in the past day. Wondering if it will make it. Here’s hoping!

Sapling is starting to work its way toward the light. No action on the other two yet. Planted a third seed in a bucket out of excitement!
