Picture is one day old. Week 6 flower going into week 7 in a couple days. Will start to flush sometime next week I think. Until week 9 is complete. So that’s like a week and a half of flushing.

I got my new hlg 135 kit in today. Super fucking bright I blinded myself a couple times while setting it up in my tent. Was a very simple and fun DIY kit. Excited to finally have 3000k! Now I am rocking two quiet and cool quantum’s 😎. Love these lights. This plant is getting beefy btw. Really hard to get pictures for my phone right nowC I think I have chalk buildup in my case from rock climbing but there is a lot of lavender bud coming in.

Day 23 flower complete . She is looking amazing. Starting to look chunky as an overall plant. Realllyyy excited to start smelling the buds. Whenever I rub the sugar leaves it smells so dank. The cover crop is doing well too. Really thriving. I’m watering every other day to every three days. I post more on my Instagram: greenknuckle420

Two and a half weeks into flower. No close ups today, was busy setting up a new tent for the red Russian. So excited she gets her own space now (honestly not that different from the red Russian being here, as I let this one shadow it. But now they can both have their time to shine. I ordered an half 135 to put in this tent and I’m going to flower the other tent with the hlg100. I really feel blessed to be able to spend the kind of money on this hobby I do even if it is small scale. Love you guys whether you follow/comment or not! Life is a journey and I’m so glad to be able to do this for myself.

Looking stunning. Took off all the fan leaves on the bottom two nodes. Probably the last defoliation I’m going to do. Very even canopy and great light penetration. Hopefully this makes the buds go into overdrive 🚀

Day 16 complete. Purple passion from seed, unknown genetics to general public. Got this from a bag from bud my friend gets from a farmer out west. The purple genetics are already taking course. This quantum board is kicking ass. Would it be okay for me to defoliate a decent amount of fan leaves to expose buds at bottom for last defoliation?

Day 13 flower complete. Had to move her across town a couple times that’s why I haven’t been posting. She is staying where she is now for another month then one final move and I’m good. Hoping she doesn’t hermie because she is looking and smelling fucking amazing. Leaves are a little twisted from my tent being too small and also whenever I moved her I didn’t have time to situate the tent perfectly. Bud sites weren’t harmed though 🙌. My hlg-100 comes in the mail any minute so I’ll post an update once that is up and going

day 10 of flower done Bud sites beginning to form. Can’t wait to see the pistols going wild. Other tent won’t be in for maybe a week and a half, may go to my local hydro store and try to con them out of their mini display tent for the time being haha. Should I defoliate any more? I don’t want a lot of pop corn, just middle and big buds

Day 8 of flower complete. I’m seeing pistols at all the new bud sites. Oh and btw, what do you think about this training I did? Really trying to fight the suction of my tent and obviously the plant in the corner. I think I’m doing pretty well!! I ordered another small tent for the red Russian to finish flower in, then to be used as a veg tent. And also I ordered an hlg100 that I will use to flower this one out, then use it as a veg light once I buy the hlg 135. Worms should be in this weekend or early week. Getting seeds to start a live soil soon. Big things on the way!!!

Day 6 of flower complete. Love it. Did some lst today. Really spreading this lady out. She responded great to the defoliation. Leaving the two tops that got stunted on my 3rd topping grow without any lst because the stems are slight smaller and growth was slower for awhile

Day 5 of flower Defoliated bottom fan leaves today and also the bottom side of the bottom node on all 8 branches. So I should have 8 in the middle then whatever is continuing off of the main branch. I just want 8 big buds and maybe 8 smaller sites. Should I defoliate a node higher on each branch? Don’t wanna lose any medicine. About to feed now. Looking so amazing I’m proud of myself so far, never expected to have such a good looking plant. Can’t wait for my new light and worm farm👌👌

Boomin’. The leaves I defoliated early on made the nodes the fan leaves were connected to smaller 2/8 colas. Big lesson on when to defoliate. My next grow should be prime as fuck. I have a net so I could scrog the taller branches down, but I move in a month or so so pulling a net out of two plants would be terrible

Holy growth!!! My plants have been blasting off. The humidity has been staying at 55-60 so I may need to get a dehumidifier in the next week as my humidifier hasn’t really used more than a 16th gallon in 2 days. Gonna aim for 40-50% rh in flower when I switch this Friday

Definitely over being stunted!!! Gonna watch my new colas grow over the next few days. Wish I had more time to veg. Next grow I’m looking into manifolding that does not use topping (or at least as much) in order to shorten veg time.

Defoliated two leaves so the new tops can get some light. Next time I’m gonna be sure to train more horizontal to have more space. Also, I need to be more careful about spilling my nute water on my plants lol. I guess it won’t happen as often now that I have 2 instead of 5-6 plants lol. I actually have room to get in there under the canopy now.

They have a lot more room now haha. Wishing I would have had space to plant my plant down a little deeper so it would be a little shorter, but next time I can train better as well. Constantly learning!

I’m sad the first picture is a boy. It’s really healthy. I trimmed off one leaf on each side in order to give it even lighting. The lady in the big pot will look better once the new set of leaves grow in and these old twisted ones get out haha. Btw going nuts on the oldest one.

After transplanting last night, I defoliated and topped today for the last time. The leaves on one side looks a little more twisted from getting caught up in other leaves (still learning best method for training for myself). It won’t be looking so scraggly in a few days!

Pretty sure the biggest two are males. But still gonna transplant them today bc I have the pots ready and flushed and also I need to practice lst and training still. Soon as I see a more defined seed pod or I need the space they are getting chopped. The lovely smallest plant def looks to be a female!! Can see the pre flowers on one of the pics

I’ve been giving my plants random 2 hour resting periods as I top/defoliate. I topped another one today for the final time today. Just leaving one more plant I need to top 4 times and the young red Russian plant. I feel like the 2 biggest purple passions are male, which makes sense. And I even have found what I believe to be little balls on them. I ordered a microscope online I will find out. But my youngest and prettiest plant (not been mutilated by my mistakes) looks like it already has pistols w a hair coming out. We’ll find out soon enough. But it is a grand waste of soil as I have 3 3 gallon smart pots waiting on me to transplant these three. I probably will always just to get more practice training and what not and when they truly show sex just kill them if they are dudes.

All looking good. Looks like the top I damaged is gonna grow back possibly on the purple passion 3. Also, accidentally removed an extra leaf as well when training haha. Can’t wait to top for the final time on the last two plants (2nd and 3rd pic) and watch my colas grow!!!

Gonna give the two damaged plants (not pictured) to a buddy. Super bummed. The best plant and oldest is the one I snapped on accident (was a little dry and I was waiting to water). Topped another one today and did it without damaging any new growth (the last 2 pictures are the plant I damaged when topping). It happened trying to get a clone while topping (was two short to clone I now realize) so it will have three tops, I may top the lonely one and see which side grows more and also to have 4. We live and learn!!! Still going to grow some fire If one of these three is a lady!

Did some topping and defoliating today. Lst and feeding as well. The Stinkbug looks uneven due to when I was gone and the new growth got twisted in another leaf but the new nodes are even on them so hopefully the branches don’t look too crazy. The others are looking amazing besides the poor grapefruit lol.

All of them are doing great. Was gone for a couple days so some of the leaves grew in weird. Also, the Stinkbug #1 got like half topped and half fimmed. Using shitty scissors when I topped really made a difference compared to the good, clean ones. I accidentally broke the grapefruits main stem when lsting today. Hopefully it grows back but if not, shit happens I need room anyways.

Topped a couple more today. My new shears are a lot better and cleaned to use. Everything is going welll. The grapefruit seems to be recovering as well.

After giving nutrients they are really taking off. Will defoliate the 3 leaves again soon. Also going to top the two remaining that were not topped once the 4th node is grown out a little bit. Hopefully I can do something with the grapefruit I accidentally fucked up. But if not I need the extra room in my tent now as my plants are getting wide! Will also help when I get my extra tent pole in to hang my co2 bag.

The grapefruit got damaged when I was defoliating it yesterday. Ended up cutting off bottom two stems before I realized one of the new ones was half on there. Gave it a bread tie to help support, hopefully it repairs and is just a little stunted. If not, I still have plenty to play with. My red Russian seedling popped today but is kinda yellow from the strong light so I’m gonna try to make it work still.

Lots of new growth. I have an exhale CO2 brick in the tent now let’s see if it helps my babies grow. Haven’t checked soil but will water later today or tomorrow. Humidty 60-70% and temp 70-75 F. Light is 26 inches above canopy at 75% power

3-5-19 Wow! They have exploded over night. Third node coming soon :) besides slight nutrient burn/off ph from a few days ago they are looking great. Have been a 2 days without watering now and coco is still a little moist. Will water later today or tomorrow with root starter and possibly slf-100 in distilled water

Just watered them after adding a new layer of topsoil in order to make plants shorter and have more support. Looking great now. Figure out I have chloranine in my water and so now I am saying good bye to tap and doing DI in my purifier and feeding.

Secondary leaves are gaining new fingers today. Lots of third node leaves starting as well. Gonna give them their first dose of light nutrients today and some more root starter and self-100. There I still some spotting visible from light burn damage but they are recovering. Starting to thrive even. Excited for what’s to come Light on 65%. Temp 75 F Humidity 70-75% rh

2-28-19 My babies are looking way better today. They stopped growing as fast for a couple days and I think it’s due to my light being too high wattage for early veg or close to my plants so I turned it down and raised it. Today I added slf-100 and root starter to a half gallon of water and watered them as well.

2-22-19 we have a couple new friends at the party! All 3 purple passion seeds made it, the Stinkbug #1 (first pictured) looks beautiful, the grapefruit still has it’s seed membrane (3rd pic) but that should come off today Update: I watered the grapefruit and the membrane was carefully slid off. Also added support to hopefully help straighten up the first purple passion that popped.

Flushed my coco loco soil by fox farms getting the ppms down a bit so it’s ready to transplant and also got my new exhaust fan in.. the infinity AC... it’s amazing by the way. Automatically adjusts as my house heat and air comes on...

2-21-19 the plant that got stuck in its shell corrected itself over night, but now it’s base is very strange. Recommendations? 2-20-19 Today we have life!!! I had to pop the really weird looking sprout out of the dirt.. it was stuck in its shell. Hopefully it can recover. I think a few more seeds have germinated so things are starting to take off

Added small keychain hooks to my lights, on all four pulleys I exchanged one of the pulley’s clips with a bigger one that could fit around the poles of my tent. Seeds are now 30 inches away rather than 24. 6inches more of grow space!!! Once I am in flower I can detach the pulleys and directly link to the light via key ring hook for another 4 inches of space. Awesome configuration for my first grow

2-18-19 One of the purple passion seeds and one of the what I’m calling “Stinkbug #1” have germinated and should sprout soon. Temp has been at around 75-76 F and humidity at 75-85%rh. Light it about 24 inches away from plants
