Getting fade early on some plants so supplemented with some GH maxibloom, 1 tsp in 2 gallons of water. Will feed every other watering through flower with a 2 week flush. My white widow is really starting to mature but I want heavier buds… also been dealing with heat in the tent and have had to start leaving the door open.

Tallboy2023

Tallboy2023 Looks great! How far into flower are you?

ke4ua It’s an auto, but some have been in flower about 4 weeks. Back ones are less far along.

Day: 36

More defoliation to help flatten the canopy and help them get fresh air. White widow and GDP are heavily into flower (3 in the back, 1 in the very middle). Gelato and Gold Leaf are just showing signs of sex and should be flowering any day now…

Day: 33

2 weeks away due to vacation, bit watered with a compost tea before I left and had a friend water while I was away. Plants responded big time and had major growth. Trained and defoliated prior to this photo (3 days ago). Also added fresh dry amendments, 2 tbsp bloom, 1 tbsp all purpose per pot. Exhaust fan on medium, intake fan on high to cool the tent. Light at 100% and 18 inches above canopy. Will do more Lst and lower the lights to 12 inches this weekend.

organic_grower

organic_grower Looks good man! You might benefit from raising your light. Is that a 400 watt light? I have a bp4000 that's 400watts and I run out near the top of my tent for the entire grow. And with your teas try adding some molasses and worm castings in the mix. I'm not trying to be rude in any way just trying to give you some feed back.

ke4ua Thanks for the advice, always love feedback! My tea did include molasses and worm castings, it was my first time trying it and they loved it. The light is an sonofarm SF1000, pulls 400 watts at the wall. They recommend 12-18 inches but I’m scared to put it that close…

Hammerhead420

Hammerhead420 Use the app Photone, it very accurate and worth the money. Just make a diffuser out of white paper and put it over the camera. It will give you a good base line for light intensity.

LST completed. Turned light up a hair. Looking good so far, really hoping for some explosive growth in the next 2 weeks before they start moving into flower.

Down to 7 girls. Gave them a good watering after going a day too long between watering. Decided to try topping the biggest girls since they were working on 5th nodes or more. Topped back to 4th on for biggest of each strain. Snapped one side node on the GDP, I’ll probably lose that branch unfortunately. Did some light leaf tucking on the big girls too.

Day: 13

A few girls were showing signs of light stress so I turned the light down just a hair and rearranged the tent after these pictures. Picked up each pot, all still feel heavy so I won’t water again until they feel lite. Temp and humidity are good, temp was high this morning so turned on the exhaust fan. So far humidifier has kept the tent at 50% nicely even with it running. Light mist for the runts as the top soil was quite dry. I have one gelato that looks like it’s dying. She is majorly stunted but I’m not giving up on her yet… moved to front center row where my best plants had been to see if light was an issue on the middle left spot.

Watered the girls, a little top water but mostly a bottom water. My last grow the roots were shallow so really trying to get them to grow deep roots. The bigger plants were dry and beginning to droop so I really let the medium dry out over the last 3 days. Turned the light up a little bit (maybe at 80%). Not giving up on my little runt gelato yet, but it’s looking crispy. Might be a dud but I’ll give it another week. Holding 50% RH and temps between 68 at night when lights go off to a high around 78 when I really heat it up in the tent. So far they seem to be thriving.

Day: 11

Most are heading nicely into veg, a couple slow growers and one that is clearly struggling. I think the sad one got too much water but not sure since I’ve only watered once since planting. Top soil on all is dry but still very moist an inch down. Going to try bottom watering with just a little on top to try and get the roots growing deeper.

Day: 9

Looking good so far. I had a couple seeds that we late to break soil, but they are all off and growing now. Genetics is definitely playing a part in who gets big right away and who doesn’t. Gave them their first full watering today (they were ready and a little droopy this morning) and turned the light up to 75%. I live in a very dry climate so I misted prior to watering to help the soil and get some water directly to the leaves.
