Bout time to cut 3-4/5 of the Northern Lights. Now I just have to figure where I’m gonna dry these bad boys. Fairly happy with the bud development on these for the first grow in 10+ years. Welcome any comments!

Northern Lights, beginning to flower. She seems to be a bit behind compared to her sisters, but still healthy and growing. All autos, but still feel the yields could have been a bit larger.

Day: 23
Northern Lights 1 - Been experiencing yellowing and drooping since week 2. Believe it was caused due to lack of rooms for root growth, but would welcome comments from more experienced growers. Transplanted to 2g Fabric Pot on Day 20. Newer leaves on top are green and lush, but still see a couple burnt tips (lack of nutrients possibly?).

Day: 23
Northern Light 2 - first set of leaves still yellow, new sets seem to be healthier. Slight curling/tacoing of new leaves. Added 2tsp of Big Grow to 1g distilled water @ 12pm EST, and watered all 5 NL. Will look for improvements after using nutes.

Prodigy Was this one outside? It looks like bugs or a big bug got to her or is that just from burning tips?
orgnll So to answer your question: Yes, it was started outdoors, however that chunk you see missing is not from a bug, but instead from a puppy Sausage Dog that decided he’d take a bite out of one of daddies babygirls when he turned around for ONE damn second lol. I knew it was a long shot, but after caring for these girls and really trying to see them make it to adulthood, I got it replanted and was praying it might recover.
Day: 23
Northern Light 3 - As with others, original set of leaves still showing yellowing with slightly burnt tips. New sets are looking green and healthier. Fed with 2tsp Big Grow in 1g distilled. Will monitor for improvements/worsening.

Northern Lights 4 - (1/2 plants that unfortunately suffered damage during transplant.. fucking dog - Second is NL 2) - original leaves are still hurting bad. Reddish/purple tip on one. Newer leaves are much healthier and green, actually surprised they grew. Not sure if plant can be revived, but also fed today with Big Grow from distilled water. Any Suggestions, please let me know to breathe some life back into this baby girl.

NL 5 - This was actually the healthiest plant originally, and has been suffering bad. Noticed yellowing/drooping first on this plant. Original leaves very yellow, with signs of red/yellow (hoping nutrient deficiency). Fed with Big Grow today. Will monitor. Comments/suggestions are VERY welcome.

Prodigy What soil do you use? How often and how much are you watering? And what products are you currently using? Lots of things could be happening but need more info. I ask this because if your using a FFOF especially if you just transplanted into with a Happy Frog or Light Warrior buffer the burning tips could be from the amenities in the soil. These do look underwatered to me also, I can tell you recently watered but as your plants get bigger start watering for 10% runoff is crucial. If your adding nutrients already and are using a good soil, stop ✋ don't add any Nutrients. except maybe like a Rapid start, Recharge, things that help Root Growth not plant growth for now. You can also check the height of your lights, I try to run around 3ft and at 25% during Veg, I run it at a lower power to begin with so she stretches to the height I want gradually you will increase (if you have a dimmer switch or multiple lights) and when they start flowering flip to 100%. Light schedule is also important are you running 24 hours still or now?
orgnll Oh man, I can’t tell you how happy I am that I found this app. Thank you SO much for taking the time to comment and look at my plants, I honestly have no one to discuss these issues with so finding a community like this is literally mind blowing to me. Okay let me answer all your questions first, and then you can let me know if you need anymore info buddy! These 5 Northern Lights were actually STARTED outdoors. After a few days, I got the bug again and wanted to try setting up an indoor grow, so I just took the plunge: 2x4 Grow Tent, 4in in-line fan with ducting, 3x personal fans around the inside of tent; 270 watt full spectrum LED light. NLs were started in a VERY shitty soil. After moving them indoors, I was told they could become a bit shocked but would recover. I started noticing yellowing/drooping while they were still in Solo cups, and was told by more than one person I was definitely OVERwatering, so that was when I slowed up on watering them so much. I went and got a 3way Moisture/PH/Light meter, but still not sure how accurate the moisture is (ordered digital PH meter that should come by Wednesday). After they continued to get worse, I decided I would try transplanting them into the bigger 2g fabric pots, with the new RootsOrganics Soil, to see if the extra room and nutrients might help. When taking the seedlings out of the Solo cups, I definitely noticed the roots were either very very moist or pushing up against the sides of the cup. After transplanting, they have DEFINITELY improved, but I thought adding in the 2nd Week Big Grow nutrients might help healthy them up quicker. Up until today, 0 nutrients had been added to the water/soil. Originally, I was watering every day, up until I was told I was overwatering. Since then, I’ve kinda just been going by touch/moisture meter, but I’m definitely still a little worried I don’t have this watering thing down correctly. Unfortunately this light doesn’t have an adjustment switch, only on/off, but I’ve been running them 18 hours on, 6 off. I was told I could try 24 on, but that it could help them having a few hours to recover. Please! Let me know what else I can share to help :) Thanks so much again for your time and insight!
Prodigy Okay so, your going to run into a few more issues before it gets better but that's okay we will try to help you through it. 1st- The most important thing to remember is if you keep the environment perfect it's extremely hard to mess up a grow (it's hard to keep it perfect all the time). So a few things, during Veg you can have the humidity upwards of 60% if it's dramatically higher like 70-75% get an outake fan like an A/C infinity 6 this will start taking heat and moisture out of your tent. If you don't filter that air outside of the room the tent is in, you could run into problem because your basically creating a bubble of heat and humidity around your tent. I also recommend just a small circulation fan or a dehumidifier/cooling fan (the 2nd one is what I use), you don't want your plants not being flexible and sturdy especially indoors because your going to be maneuvering them constantly as they grow. I can't say I'm an expert with lights but I use 2 Vivosun VS1000 LED for 4 plants at most. Your soil.... don't use a bad soil, your plants have to live in the soil you choose for months. The cost of a premium bag of soil can easily be the difference between a 1 ounce grow and a 1 lb ground. I recommend starting seedlings in light warrior, with FFOF around the edges, so your plant eases into the nutrients as she grows. Transplanting- If your newer to Growing, just start in the final pot. Autos I keep at a 3-5 Gal and if your growing Photos I go from a 1 Gal straight to the final pot (was 7 Gal this time around). Watering a seedling or a plant with 2-3 nodes can be done with a spray bottle but as they get bigger water for 10% run off (basically soon after it starts running off its good, also water slow don't pour 5 gals of water on them take your time) and then don't water again until it is completely dry, You can notice the drier parts if you stick your first knuckle down I'm sure it's like a rock. Just have some Patience too, no problem will be fixed immediately even if Treated exactly right, that yellowing will still be there tomorrow, but keeping them alive and growing good bud is definitely still a possibility. If you google "DGC" you will find 3 amazing growers, who have an online forum, Podcast, and YouTube videos and it's all content related to growing, I highly recommend it (I listen to them in the car)

NL 5 - Obvious that the original sets are hurting bad.. Noticed the original yellowing/drooping on this plant specifically. Bottom leaves still yellow, now with some indications of lack of nutrients? Reddish/purple coloration, similar to NL 4 tip. Fed with Big Grow today for first time and hoping for positive results. Tips/suggestions are VERY welcome from more experienced growers.. hoping I can save a few of these babies.

Mystrain420-@eaegifts The plant needs nitrogen
Mystrain420-@eaegifts That thing about not feeding for the first few weeks isn’t true, it’s bro science that was twisted over the years. It’s factors directly involved such as soil contents, get her on a Veg feed with some calcium for the purpling petioles Hope this helps growmie 👍🏾
orgnll Appreciate the suggestions buddy! More than you know! Finding this app/community was a great first step in my growing education. I’ve been told from various people that I am either overwatering or under watering, yet I still have not really figured which one it truly is..
