An experiment thatsbecome my Baby!

Summer 2019

Originally planted 7 seeds but 6 died... so 1 reg (hemp) seed survived. Just playing around but turned into an experiment about 6 weeks ago. On June 13th, I decided to plant another seed on the other side of “Fred” because he was growing so well. And 11 days later, “Buddy” has sprouted. I have found that they love the original light from the sun so I have been taking them outside daily at sunrise and bringing them in at sunset, allowing them to get all the UV rays they can unless it’s bad weather and at night than they are indoors in the heated lamp. It’s amazing how alive Fred gets when he’s in the sun.

Had to change pots. She got too big for the one I had her in. I know she’s missing the sun but had to bring her in because it’s too windy today.

Both plants are growing, from what I can tell right now, the larger one is a female.

MedicGreenSky Watch the 'big sis' closely. I'm not sure what strain your working with currently but I only see one photo that may have a preflower showing and it appears to be a male to me (4th picture up from the bottom) toward back side of the main stem, mid frame. Site of the Growth there is consistent with preflowers and it appears to be a stemmed oval shape (females have oval preflowers also but don't extend away from the growth node on a stem. Males due it to maximize pollen dispersion.) Could be nothing but if more show up looking like that the plants only good for pollen extraction or fiber products. Looks super healthy otherwise!

Day: 48

The first plant is now sprout thickening on the stem and outward. And as you can see the second one just sprouted today!
