Is this a problem or just genetics. I’ve never noticed black in stems before.

fiyrpacks don’t think it’s black, just dark red. i’ve heard it’s because of stress but it’s nothing to work yourself up about i dont think

Anybody know what causes this? I’m thinking either phosphorus, magnesium, or possibly iron deficiency. This is my first time dealing with this issue tryin to get some help diagnosis

gayla_d The most useful thing i was ever told when i started growing. Always check for pH problems first. It’s usually that a lot of the time. Do you pH your feedings ?

Dr_Rockso It ended up being the start of nutrient toxicity. Couple days later curled up and almost died. Transplanted and survived. Honestly I don’t ph my water just use tap. Seems to work well for now I know it isn’t going to last.
