Lost Paradise Troubles

WTF

Help… I have had so many issues with this girl. She’s 61 days old and it skinny and tall with little foliage. First time grower so forgive the inexperience. I over watered first, then I ended up getting bugs. I repotted her and there were fewer bugs. She got better and looked great, but I kept finding tiny black gnats, so I treated the bugs and gave her lady bugs. She looks weird now with little foliage or new growth. Should I just put her in flower and take what I can get or should I try something else? Her sister plant is doing much better, but now I want to keep her in veg as my mother plant.
