Day: 141

1 day since adding half-strength nutes. She’s fattening up slowly :)

Day: 136

Flowering smoothly, plant is starting to smell more pungent. It’s been 11 days since I gave nutrients and after some light nute burns she’s doing well. Debating on doing a final, lower strength watering w/ nutes on the next round (in 2 days) then flushing for the final 4-6 weeks.

SteelCityBuds

SteelCityBuds I would wait to cut out nutrients until the last 2 weeks. You want to fatten those buds up

combatmedic81

combatmedic81 Agree w/ the comment above. Give nutes till the last two weeks and then flush

Day: 128

3 days since nutes, cycled with just water tonight. Growth already visible but also light nutrient burn. Will continue to give nutrients but scale back to half or 2/3 amount. Bud sizes are visible and getting larger but still small.

Day: 127

Nute burn . Caved and decided to give FF tiger bloom/big bloom this watering cycle after seeing yellow leaves and showed growth. Buds have increased in size but leaves are showing signs of stress. Lights 18 inch above at full power. Dehumidifier on fo 16~ hours per day.

CraigBengfort

CraigBengfort What’s the temperature and humidity in the grow room? And what kind of lights do you use?

CraigBengfort

CraigBengfort I would say you have one of two problems, a small nitrogen deficiency since it’s not the new growth turning yellow the new leaves could be pulling the old leaves nitrogen and if not that I would say your lights may be too close and that’s light burn

pandulce420

pandulce420 Hey Craig, it’s definitely light nute burn or a small nute deficiency. Just a few blacked tips and pointed down tips on a few leaves but other wise she’s solid. Light is 18 inches above canopy, and that’s about as tall as it goes due to the size of the cabinet. Temps/humidity are ~72/40 daytime & 60/55 Nighttime

Day: 120

Added a dehumidifier to the room that runs primarily at night to help keep the moisture down in these rainy/foggy days. Appears to be working as plant is thickening on the colas. On a light watering schedule at ~ .5g every 2 days to not overwater and destroy roots as cold weather here makes it harder for them to dry out. Light yellowing on lower leaves but not willing to add nutes to hot soil this late in flower. Hoping for 4-5 weeks before harvest.

Day: 114

10 days after transplant and resolving most of the cold stress. Strong signs of improvement and increased bud size. Will resume nutes on next watering. Light was raised from 13 inches to 19 inches due to light burns on tallest colas.

Day: 107

Plant is on day 3 since being transplanted into a larger pot with fresh FFOF soil 50/50 perlite. Watered until runoff Added layer of insulation to the back and covered with a blanket with heater outside the cabinet to combat cold stress. Temps are 44~ outside but 60~ inside. Will monitor.

pangolin

pangolin What lighting is she under?

chi420grows You transplanted during flower?

pandulce420

pandulce420 Yeah I transplanted during flower. It’s not recommended but I went with my gut and so far she’s taken really well. The cold stress isn’t too much of an issue, either. She’s under a Viparspectra P1000.

Day: 94

Plant has small new growth. 1 day after light nutes.

Day: 93

Flowering but still clawing. Nutes every other watering (Tiger Bloom/Big Bloom). Lights at full 100%.

Day: 74

Growing. 48 hours since nutrient cycle of tiger bloom due to yellow leaves Also trying to air out pot, not sure if over watered or too much nutrients for light yellowing on leaves Will flush with water tomorrow.

Day: 68

Plant showing strong signs of recovery. Stretching evident and new growth/normal color visible. About 3 inches taller, some colas stretching wide. Pot is rotated every day to allow for even growth Third day of no light leaks and new intake exhaust seem to be really helping out.

Day: 53

Removed badly burned leaves and new growth on stems to mainline. Flushed one day ago, responding well. Continuing to spray with water 1-2x a day to prevent mites/thrips/aphids Noticed 2 green aphids, and some thrips. Mites not appearing. Will reapply insecticidal soap tomorrow

Day: 52

Flushed with distilled water New growth noticeable but burns as well. Responding well to new light height (30%)

Day: 50

Nute burn Began first flush.

Day: 48

Added nutes (Bloom/Grow) on day 47, but it was too much and leaves began to curl

Day: 44

Light Chem burn from diy spider mite treatment w/ dawn on 10/2 On 10/5 I used insecticidal soap and sprayed with water 3x throughout the day. Improvement after noticeable heat stress from heat wave.

Day: 40

Discovered spider mites. Began treatment of dawn dish soap and water- will apply everyday at 9PM for the next week. Light has been lowered to 10~12 above canopy. Responding well to Day 1 of low stress training (3 tie downs) and topping. New growth noticed overnight. Low stress training will end 10/2/20 PM Also watered the plant with a spring water solution (soil tested at ~6.5ph) (No nutes)
