The burnt tips is possibly nutrient burn, did you feed them full strength or did you only do like a 1/4 strength ? you should do 1/4 , also buy a ppm meter to check your run off water ph an its nutrient uptake, your soil levels are not horrible but I would bring them up a tad with some worm castings or something to give it just a tiny bit of alkaline, not to much though cuz it can shoot up to fast. So start slow an low an just kinda watch it til it’s back in the 6-8 range.
