No new signs of spotting so hopefully good there. One plant is getting too tall still, I need to go to Home Depot and get a stake and bend the plant over before it’s too late.

Lots of fucked up leaves/foliage. Lots of coloring and spotting. Hopefully yesterday’s feeding puts an end to that and they start fattening up buds soon

Plants are about 2 feet tall now with buds starting to show everywhere. Life is good. Switched back to 18/6, will stay with that. Plants started dropping really bad hours before darkness so didn’t want to lengthen that.

So far so good. Will keep plants on a 20 hour light cycle and keep the light 8” min from the canopy. Plants grew 1”+ overnight 😳

Researching my grow light and par values and trying to find optimal distance from the canopy. Moved the light to about 8”

Doesn’t look like the Nute burn is getting any worse so hopefully flush helped stop that problem.

Plants don’t really look any better OR worse. So think I’ll leave them for today and see how it goes, if it gets worse I’ll flush but I’m hoping I can just wait a few days til they need watering anyways.

Lights still pointing up and curling so moves the light back to about 12” from the canopy some spotting showing and some leaves curling down.....will give a day or two and see how they look.

Lowered lights last night to about 8-10” above the canopy. All plants looked like they grew an inch overnight! All plants sitting about 12” tall now. Defoliate most of the bottom fan leaves, will finish defoliating the smaller stuff with my x-acto blade later.

Some leaves starting to show a little bit of upward cupping. Did some research and says usually from too much heat/air. Pretty sure the light is not too hot, haven’t seen anything over 80 lately. Fan however is blowing right at the plants so I’ll move the fan up to circulate air above the canopy and see if that corrects the problem in a day or two 👍🏼 also gonna drop humidity controller to 50%

Temp was creeping a bit high plus I think they can handle a little more airflow so I raised the fan to level two. Humidity still holding around low 50s/high 40s.

Watered the babies today with regular R/O water (no nutrients), will hopefully get one more veg feeding in before they start to flower.

Noticing still some yellow/brown spots appearing on some of the bottom leaves near the tips. Thinking a cap/mag deficiency. Same issue when eight before I watered them. It’s been a week since watering but soil is still moist, gonna water in the next day or two with water (maybe add just Calmag supplement to the water). Hopefully get one more veg feeding in before transitioning to flowering

More growth. Humidity is holding during the day mid 50’s% with new setup. Overnight got up to 63% according to my hygrometer.

UPGRADES! new humidity controller and new humidifier to increase RH in the tent. I set the humidity to 65% and turned the exhaust fan down to level 2. Waiting to see if we can get to 65%

Watered plants will regular water. Used roughly a quart per plant as they still small and won’t need the whole pot watered I think. Next feeding will be full feeding with 10-20% runoff

Moved light to 18” (maybe even to 24”) until seedling stage is complete. Gonna label and measure each plant daily as well and log into a spreadsheet

Installed grow tent cam, this is a WiFi photo from the cam. Three seedlings doing well. Last seed wasn’t much bigger, decided to go ahead and plant in rapid rooter into final pot to save space, not a lot of hope so will probably be running three this time around instead of four (wel’ll see in the next couple of days if it sprouts). Next time I’ll soak the seeds for 24 hours before placing in paper towels.

2nd seed finally died, 3 out of 5 transplanted to final containers and watered with seedling strength nutrients (1 gallon for all four pots, about two pints/each). Still hopeful the last seed will sprout more and take up the fourth spot in the closet, otherwise rolling with 3, taproot was still small thiso morning, I’ll check later today and hopefully move to rapid rooters later

Seedlings growing. 2nd one is pretty much dead. Last seed slowly sprouting. Fingers crossed for 4 babies. Mixed seedling strength nutrients. Will move the 2-3 into the bigger pots tomorrow and water.

Found one of the seeds stuck and growing in half. I freed it from the seed and tried to place it in a good spot to grow up and still root but doesn’t look good (second from left). Will keep an eye on the fourth. And will rapid rooters the 5th tomorrow most likely. Trying to wait a couple of days to transplant to final 3 gallon fabric pots. That’s when I’ll water and feed for the first time 😁

2 out of 3 grown sprouted from rapid rooters. 4th seed sprouted as well.

Transplanted first three seeds into rapid rooters. Placed into seedling plastic bed with humidity dome, and then in top of the warming mat.
