Chopped on day 64. I invite you to imagine this grow, not for what it is. But for what it represents. While the buds are stressed and not smokeable, the structure and size of plant B give me hope that one of their seeds will yield a keeper pheno in the future. I’ll be harvesting the seeds from plant A as well, although I am less impressed or enthusiastic about their genetics. Overall it was a very cool experience pollinating and breeding this 10 pack. Excited to use the pollen on my next grow.

First photo is sifted pollen I plan to use on my next grow. I removed two plants today. One was the male and the other was a very lanky and slow flowering female. I have two plants left. One of them is very strong with large and stacked bud sites. I’m not too impressed with the other one but I’m keeping it because there’s plenty of space.

I’m used to seeing sex revealed in the first week of budding. But with these, I keep making mistakes. Thought all four were male but I’m seeing some pistils on a couple of the plants. There is one strong male guaranteed, so I’m happy with that. Hopefully there is a strong female to pollinate. Guess we will see.

The difference a day can make. VPD and light are closer to where they need to be. I started nutes yesterday and the plants have responded positively. Most have roots out the bottom.
