Need help

I have had these plants given to me. I have no idea how to take care of them. I heard many different ways. They were sitting in a window with a red light over them. Idk what strain they are but there is 2 plants close together. I’m semi new to this so any help is helpful to me! Right now I have them sitting in a hallway with the light on above the entire hallway. The temp is on 70 ish and has a cold draft but not to much.

These were given to me by a friend I don’t know much about growing so any help is appreciated. Right now they are in a room with the overhead light on the ceiling. Just a normal bulb. They temp is on 70 ish but has a light cold draft. The soil seems damp but not to much or feels dry at all. Need help! Don’t know how to regulate them or what to do from here for the proper requirements.
