Some progress on the grow, I think I needed to move the fan down from the high position, to blow under the plants.

First day of 18/6 grow cycle after their haircut... seemed to have survived the trim and are growing wonderfully. Repotted into slightly larger pots so they don’t get rootbound, added some vermiculite to the soil mix for nitrogen boost. Watered with destilled water after repotting

About to top and trim large fan leaves, this is a before and after. Then putting the light on for a full 24h to confuse the plant then going back to 18/6 light schedule. Edit: after 7 hours I took the last picture, crazy the amount of growth in that amount of time!

Plants continue to grow, 5th node is small but the fan leaves are growing, close to topping and trimming all the large fan leaves to slow the plant growth.

Plants have grown a lot, spaced the days I take photos farther apart so there’s more progress

Plants are starting to grow larger secondary offshoots from original joints, ones the fan leaves become larger thinking about thinning the larger leaves off to allow more light through. We will see how things go

Plants seemed to have recovered, they are standing up more, both have grown a small amount

Plants have grown substantially in one day since putting a 12 v computer fan in for airflow on day 15 once I figured they were big enough to take the breeze. Plants both look healthy, they slightly drooped significantly after watering so I will put less water in the next time. Watering every 2-3 days when the soil is dry so I think it’s the amount not frequency.
