My second plant has came up but the growth looks a little goofy is there any way to fix this or do I let it just take its course

Plant one has sprouted and is doing well plant 2 was behind by a day and a half so I expect something by tomorrow hopefully. Watering both plants about 3-4 ounces a day and humidity between 40-45%

The plants are on day 1 and 2 in the tank since sprout using seed starting potting mix with perlite and watering a couple times a day when top dries out
