six Just guessing here but do you have any holes in that cup? She may have drowned.
Fungrowing I agree.. looks like no proper drainage and water stagnating.. never seen a case of overwater after germinating but it looks like
BINAII It dampened off. Humidity got too low or there might be microscopic stuff in there attacking the roots if that’s organic soil. My money is on the humidity though. Gotta keep it high at that stage then harden them off later
