I was design with water logging. Roots were damaged on some of the seedlings. Decided to put the cloner on a timer instead of running it 24/7 round the clock. This should fix the issue. • plants look healthy. • added some seedlings to rockwool. All are random bag seeds.

Day 3 - Seedlings Green Crack + Gorilla Zkittles ( Ez Cloner ) ————————————— Inside grow tent - 75.7*F/25.0*C PH- 6.1-6.3 - four drops of Down Soon as I saw this. Nothing crazy. It’s right in the zone I need to be at. The levels are ok. RH- 37.4%RH - troubleshooting this issue today. Would like to be in the low 80’s. H2O temps - 76.2*F/24*C I am going to make a new reservoir today. I saw some slight build up on two of my plants that died. Just wanna make sure that the cloner doesn’t have any bacteria growing . Causing a problem later in the grow. A reservoir can last me a whole week without changing. With the temps up and down. I will be doing this often. To do a temporary fix. I placed a frozen water bottle in the reservoir to cool the temp of the cloner. See if it drops at all w/ the evening readings. • Two Green Crack died last night. I was a worried about those two as of yesterday. I went ahead removed them from the cloner. Cleaned up the ( Neoprene ) disks. Ready them for another seedling. • Gorilla Zkittles cup #1 healthy all around . Got root zone. The second tallest out of all plants in the cloner. Cups # 2,3,4 are moving slowly. Smaller than cup#1. ————————————— Check the germination at noon . • went to the grow store. Purchased some rockwool cubes. Soaked those for about three hours. The smaller seedlings I am going to place into the rockwool. Majority of them have a small taproot. ————————————— Evening - 8:30 pm • seedlings are doing great. All the Green Crack have start to really stretch. Small leaflets for now. Inside tent: Temp : 75.5*F/25.0*C PH: 5.8-6.2 EC- 2.0 Water temps- 76.0*F/24.0*C ————————————— Added : 6inch Hyperfan / 600cfm charcoal filter .

Day- 2 Seedlings Green Crack / Gorilla Skittlez ————————————— Morning readings : 8:15am • Inside grow tent temps - 75.4*F/ 24*C 45% RH - ( this is way to low for this stage. I would like to be in the low 80’s. To temporarily fix this problem. I have placed solo cups over there Neoprene disks. Small air vent on top of the cup. Looking closely , at the base of the solo cup are gaps between the cloner and ( neoprene ) disks. Giving it decent air flow. A humidifier would be the permanent solution. Installed the 6 inch hyper fan. To exhaust the air from the grow tent. Will be adding a can filter with clean air going in tomorrow. ————————————— Outside of tent temps : 77*F/25*C - 18%RH The humidity will all be adjusted tomorrow with a couple of pieces of electrical equipment. • ( 2 Yellow Jackets ) • ( 2 10ft. Extension cords ) ————————————— PH of Ez Cloner : • 5.8 - 6.4 - the PH has been a challenge. I personally like tap water. It’s has a 8.4 PH level. With my Nutrients in my reservoir , it lowers my PH to 7.1 Give my nutrient solution a good 30 minutes. Test again. Usually I add 5 drops of PH down. ( PH can be a pain in the ass. One thing you want to do is be patient. Adding to much at one given time can make the levels drop into the 3.2 to 4.3 range. ) I recommend small doses. Monitor closely with a combo meter ( BlueLab ) • H2O temps - 73.4*F / 23*C - I run a clear Rez in my reservoir. Which prevents root rot. Basically any bacteria growing inside the cloner. ( does need to be changed weekly ). The temps are working good at 73.4*F / 23*C to 80*F/ 26.6*C. • watching the roots very closely. Any brown slime ( dots ) is a sign of root rot. Or bacteria growing in the tank. Be best to make a fresh reservoir. So far the roots look great. No signs of anything growing inside the cloner. ————————————— Quick notes —————— 1. One Green Crack did die overnight. ( weak stem structure at the base of the ( neoprene) disk. ) • I did move all seedlings into the middle of the ( neoprene ) disk. Stuck in between one of the walls. Really suffocates them. Causing them to die. Or struggle with growth. • Gorilla Skittlez cup#2. Really doing well. Strong roots. Tall ( reaching for the light ). Also has its first signs of its fan leaves pushing thru. Cup # 1,3,4 still behind on growth. Monitor them. See what happens in the coming days. • Green Crack all showing good signs of growth. Aside from the one that died over night. Everything is going well with the green crack. ————————————— Germination ( Paper towel Beans. ) Update : some of the beans are slowly coming out of the husk of the seed. These might best to place in Rockwool cubes. They don’t have a strong structure to place in one of the ( neoprene ) disks. The tap roots would not have access to the sprinkler system. Be trapped between the walls of the disk. ————————————— P.M. numbers - 6:00pm Inside grow tent temps - 77.5*F/25*C Humidity - 42%RH ( troubleshoot this tomorrow .) PH% - 5.5 to 5.8 EC - 0.1 77*F/25*C • Notes - all the numbers have been hitting spot on. We will fix the humidity tomorrow. I do find myself adjusting the PH three times a day. Sometimes more. I can keep it between 5.7 to 6.3 majority of the day. Also I do run my cloner all day. I don’t see a issue with it. I do give it a break during the day for ten minutes. Three times a day. Usually allows me to inspect the cloner inside. Check for any bacteria , root rot. No water logging when running it all day long. Eventually I do wanna set this cloner on a timer. For now it is ok running. Non stop.

Elite 91 Roots - 10.0 ml Mammoth p - 6.0 ml ————————————— Water before nutrients : 1. EC - 0.0 2. PH water - 8.4 3. PPM - lower than 200 4. Water temp 21*C/ 71*F ————————————— Water after nutrients added : 1. EC- 0.1 2. PH water - 6.5 3. PPM - 180 4. Water temp - 25*C/77*F Notes - PH down was added to lower the levels to normal. Which is 5.8-6.5. ————————————— Grow Tent Temperatures - 1. 75.4*F 2. 22%RH ( need to raise higher ; way to low ) Outside temp of grow tent: 74.5*F ————————————— Notes : We did lose some seedlings from transplant. Paper towel to ez cloner . We have about forty more beans in germination. Update on those tomorrow. Plants look healthy. Very strong roots. Showing signs of rapid growth. ————————————— Things we need for garden : 1. Humidifier 2. Exhale co2 bag 3. Can filter 4. Ppm reader 5. Can fan ( the one purchased is to small for the size of the tent. ) Addition to the grow tent is the can fan. It’s has helped with the high temps. Next would be the humidifier.
