Day: 119

First grow almost done, do these trichomes look ready for harvest? Some have a lot more amber but the bulk just look cloudy

Day: 95

Is this lockout or a deficiency? Her run off was 2700ppm at 5.7 pH? She is finishing her 4th week of flower. Not sure if I should flush her with ph distilled or what. I think we may have been over feeding her as we were feeding her every 3-5 days

Funky84

Funky84 What medium? What kind of nutes, synthetic or organics?

boxer8903

boxer8903 Medium is Fox Farms/natures living soil. 5ml of Cal mag/10ml of MWM/4g of Bergman’s plant food per gallon of water pH’d at 6.6-6.7

boxer8903 About 10days ago noticed slight yellowing in the tips on top leaves after the next feeding yellow leaves exploded

JG705

JG705 Hey growmie, could also be just under the PPM needed for feeding, my girls did the same before last watering; I fed their nutrient schedule and have them a little extra of the nutrient I use to get them calcium, magnesium, amd phosphorus, 5 days later, we’re back on track. Sooooo, check your PPM first, you may be cutting back, when you may need to increase… good luck 🤞

boxer8903

boxer8903 Thanks for the feedback! I think you were right I will use the PPM meter and see where we are next watering. This is all new to me 😂

Day: 78

I don’t know how to scrog 😂 she seems to be stretching pretty good though

Mystrain420-@eaegifts Shoot worry about scrog next run lol but rite now these girls are looking beautiful growmie 👍🏾👍🏾

boxer8903

boxer8903 Thank you! I am definitely winging it at this point 😂

Day: 71

Moved the girls over to 12:12 yesterday. I want to prune some of the larger leaves to allow the bottom more light. Is this a good idea? ***First-grow***

Mystrain420-@eaegifts

Mystrain420-@eaegifts No do trim the leafs, if anything wait until around end of week 2 then defoliate a little on the bottom to remove stuff that didn’t reach up enough. The best way to get the lower growth up will be lst, super cropping and tucking leafs 👍🏾

boxer8903

boxer8903 Thank you! That reaffirmed what I read 👍🏻

Mystrain420-@eaegifts

Mystrain420-@eaegifts No problem, happy growing

First grow, how are they progressing? We counted the first colloid as day 1 so day 53 might not be correct

trichomes delight

trichomes delight Not bad at all for a first attempt mate! Next time I’d top them after their 5th mode. This is a copy and paste : If you are new to cannabis cultivation, topping cannabis plants is a vital step to maximize the overall quality of the yield. It is a tool that helps to control the overall shape of the plant – by redirecting the growing tendency from vertical to lateral. The effect is that the supporting branches develop a thicker and stronger cola. Topping, however, is not the only factor that goes into producing quality and sizable yields. Other factors include soil health, watering, and light. If you top you get 2 main colas and big high sand branches. The more branches you have at the top of your canopy the more week you will gain :)

boxer8903 Thank you for the info and advise! We had a hiccup we thought we bought autos and actually bought feminized.

trichomes delight

trichomes delight You’re welcome mate. If you need any help just drop me a message :) they look better than my first attempt tho back in 2000 😂. I’ve topped autos a couple of times but it is risky! Some I had success with and other I didn’t… coming from experience I would stick good genetic phenos. That way if you have any issues with watering or nutes or bugs etc you have time to sort it out during veg. Plus each to their own but I like taking monster clones of them. Once you know how your plant behaves you’re laughing. Also, try experimenting monster cropping. The bud site you get are unreal. Like I say tho every strain is different and not all respond like other. I’m growing chem19 X wedding cake and it loves being monster cropped
