notvincevaughn Still no amber trichomes. I’d go another week possibly two personally. But they look so beautiful.

ADVICE PLEASE — just gave the girls nutes and water. I’m worried I’m going to have to harvest very soon. A lot of the leaves are turning yellow and she keeps getting worse looking. Would you harvest soon? If so when (I did just water)? Does she look close to done?

Peng She looks like she’s close to finishing, so the older leaves usually yellow as harvest approaches

Peng You need to get a magnified image of the trichomes to get any feedback on how ready she is to harvest

Caliban

Caliban Fall colors. That is not abnormal. Keep an eye on the trichomes.

bigsammy

bigsammy Now that’s a fine looking plant

Day: 81

Sunny is definitely not as strong as Dalia. Dalia is the tallest and fattest and Sunny is struggling a bit with yellowing leaves. Watered each with a gallon of water and Foxfarm nutes/plant food. Also pruned off the dying yellow leaves.

Day: 79

Should I give nutes again? Just watered her with straight water today but leaves are turning yellow!

boyka1994 Don’t add nut

combatmedic81

combatmedic81 Cut the yellow ones off and give some nutes, the tips are showing no sign of burn.

Day: 75

Is it too soon to prune again or do they look fine? Sunny & Dalia - (approximately 35-36 inches tall)

kolchak707

kolchak707 I’d let it go a bit more, it takes a while for the plant to recover after a haircut so best let a week or more go by

kolchak707

kolchak707 Hey, just keep in mind since you’re growing outdoors you can let her go and get much, much bushier Natural light penetrates much better than anything artificial so with a larger container like yours you can grow a real bushy monster

Day: 39

Sunny & Dalia - 33” (defoliated over the past 2 days and they already have so much new growth)

Day: 24

Sunny & Dalia - both approx. 17.5 inches tall (should I prune small leaves or stems at base of plant?)

Caliban

Caliban Keep the leaves. They are batteries for the plant and they get good air circulation. Trim only when diseased or too dense. In my humble opinion. 😮‍💨👍

Day: 23

Day: 10

Dalia is getting closer. Flushed Sunny today and looking to harvest her later this week!

Day: 9

Do you think they’re ready to be topped? Sunny & Dalia received 1/4 teaspoon per gallon of SUPERthrive which was given to all the babes in hopes it helps a bit and I fertilized the soil around them with bunny manure. (Before watering — PH of soil was 7 .. Moisture was between a 4-5 .. Height of each plant is approximately 7 inches)

Day: 8

Made sure drainage holes weren’t lodged with soil and put them on top of these cinder blocks to see if this promotes drainage. Knew I took a chance when I potted them in such a huge pot for their size, will monitor for a few more days and decide what to do next if leaves change color. Definitely overwatered the girls the other day but have done more research and will take a new approach. Ph still at 6.5-7, moisture level now between 5-6. Will water Sunny & Dalia tomorrow morning with SUPERthrive added to water
